Former fashion model, actress, and activist Tippi Hedren got discovered by Alfred Hitchcock in 1961 and she would go on to star in his movies like The Birds and Marnie. Tippi has appeared in more than 80 movies and TV shows and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Hedren worked eleven years on the film Roar and later founded the Roar Foundation to protect wildlife. Due to severe headaches, Tippi has been unable to work. Dick Van Dyke is a living legend. He is a comedian, actor, and singer whose career spans 70 years. Van Dyke is known for his roles on Bye Bye Birdie, Mary Poppins, Night at the Museum and its sequel, and many more. He also had a lead role in The Dick Van Dyke Show from 1971 until 1974. The 92-year-old Van Dyke is not thinking about retiring yet and when he does, he would not have to worry about his personal finances since his assets are estimated at $50 million. In 2017, Van Dyke released an album, his first solo project since 1963.

Remember this star from the television series MacGayver? Actor and producer Richard Dean Anderson is now 68 years old. Anderson started his career as Dr. Jeff Webber on General Hospital but later appeared in a string of movies such as Through the Eyes of a Killer, Firehouse, and Pandora’s Clock. He also played the lead role in the series Stargate SG-1 from 1997 until 2005. Anderson hasn’t been active since 2013 when he entered retirement. Paul Michael Glaser gained fame portraying Detective David Starsky in the ’70s television series, Starsky & Hutch. The show ran for four seasons and Paul even directed several episodes. After it ended, he continued to act as well as direct. Glaser has a Master’s degree in English and theater and a second master’s degree in acting and directing. He directed 1987’s The Running Man in which Arnold Schwarzenegger starred. He made a brief pause from making films until he appeared in 2003’s Something’s Gotta Give. After a brief hiatus and addiction-related issues, Bennett has made a comeback – reaching a new, younger audience with his gold record albums. He has sold over 50 million records so far and his album Tony Bennett Celebrates 90 was recognized as the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2018.

Country music singer and songwriter Loretta Lynn has been singing for over 60 years. And everyone knows her hits like Don’t Come Home A-Drinkin’ (With Lovin’ on Your Mind) or One’s on the Way. She announced her new album in 2017 but then suffered a series of health issues so the release was postponed until 2018. Her tour dates were canceled as well.
